The real estate market is hyperlocal, seasonal and temperamental - in other words, it can change on a dime. I feel like Toni and I have similar family values so it was very easy to become friends, and as she got to know me and my family better it felt like she had become a new member. In my opinion she went above and beyond any expectations I had and I absolutely felt the personal touch she gave to my situation, finances and desires. And most important to me, I was worried that working with a realtor was going to require me dodging hidden expenses and getting a run-around while everyone tried to take advantage of my situation to get their slice of the pie. I was really nervous until Toni proved to me time and time again that she was in this for nothing more than my best interest. I highly recommend Toni to sell any property. She is a ROCKSTAR! She is very professional, passionate, and communicates extremely well. She kept me informed of everything happening within the market and gave me her recommendations of what we should or shouldn't do next. She is top-notch in my book.

From the very beginning, Toni was timely, courteous and wonderful to work with. Her extensive knowledge of the local market made it much easier for us to narrow down our search and subsequently find our new home. She communicated and coordinated with the Realtors we used to sell our former home and liaised with the title companies on both ends to help insure everything happened as smoothly as possible during what turned out to be a very complicated transaction. Her bubbly personality and infectious laugh really helped my wife and me get through a very stressful time in our lives. I highly recommend Toni to anyone looking for a home in the Magic Valley area.
